Refunds & Returns

Returns of non-faulty items will be subject to a 35% restocking charge. All returned items must be packaged in a manner that ensures they will not be damaged while in transit. If returned items are not packaged appropriately no credit can be issued.

Delivery Timing

Items that are in stock items will be shipped on the business day after the order is received. Out of stock items will ship within two weeks of when the order is received. Your credit card will not be charged until your items are shipped.
